Product Description
The AMLD series laser diodes cover a wide wavelength range, including 1270 nm, 1310 nm, 1550 nm, and 1610 nm, for various applications. The laser diodes are fabricated in a hermetically sealed 14-pin butterfly package.
Each laser diode integrates a thermoelectric cooler (TEC), thermistor, monitor photodiode, and optical isolator, ensuring high performance, excellent wavelength stability, and long-term reliability.
An optional laser driver and temperature controller is available, featuring an RS-232 interface and a customer-oriented PCB design. Dedicated control software (included) allows external monitoring and adjustment of the laser drive current and operating temperature, providing stable constant-current output and high-precision temperature control. The driver is primarily used for laser production and testing applications.
