AIMLASER offers small and mini laser diode modules with customized solutions. Available wavelengths include 450nm, 520nm, 635nm, 650nm, 780nm, and 850nm, with output power ranging from 1-5mW. The compact laser head housings come in various sizes, such as 3.3×8mm, 3.85×8.5mm, 4×10mm, and 6×12mm. These modules feature optical glass lenses and operate on input voltages of 3V to 5V DC.
Our miniature laser modules are designed for small size, low power consumption, and a compact structure while delivering a high-quality beam.
